RESCHEDULED!!! Thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) is offering FREE Microchips, Distemper & Rabies vaccines to any City of Richmond resident pet (dog or cat). The clinic is Sunday, June 2 from noon to 4:00 pm at Boulevard Vet Clinic! Salem’s Light volunteers will be helping to staff the event and we will also have basic supplies on hand for dogs in need!
