Make a Donation
As an all volunteer organization, Salem’s Light relies on donations to continue the valuable outreach and services we provide. Please consider making a monetary donation to support our efforts today.
$25 provides a bag of food for a dog in need.
$50 enables routine vaccination for a dog in need.
$100 sponsors spay/neuter and rabies vaccination for a dog in need.
$150 purchases the supplies needed to build a sturdy, durable (these last for years!) dog house, complete with straw for the winter, for a dog in need.
Salem’s Light is a Section 501(c)3 nonprofit. All donations may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes. Our EIN is 83-3397003.
In addition to monetary donations, Salem’s Light is always in need of the following supplies:
Dog food (primarily dry, but canned is appreciated as well)
We also accept donations of cat food (dry is preferred) as we routinely have owners of both dogs and cats
New or gently used collars, leashes, and harnesses (medium and large are the most often used)
Toys (durable Kong and Nylabone styles suggested)
Flea and tick medicine
Medium and large crates (metal, collapsable preferred)
